Make it clear what you can do.
Five scenarios based on real situations and micro-simulations of the vacant role. In each one, you explore and demonstrate four skills. Afterwards, you explain your answers in audio and can explore and defend them further in the interview.
First, you learn the context.
What is happening at the company, what is expected of the person in the role and what information you have to respond.
Then, you explain your decisions.
It takes more than naming a tool. You can show what you would ask, what you would prioritise, how you would check a change and how you would explain it to the team.
Before the interview, you explain your answers in audio so the company can understand your reasoning. During the interview, you can explore your answers further and defend your decisions.
The company prepares for the interview.
The report brings together evidence from your responses and explanations, with human review before it is shared. The company can ask you about specific decisions.

Do I need to complete scenarios to join the list?
We only need your preferences to join the list. If a role interests you, you will learn about its scenarios before deciding whether to take part.
Are the scenarios the same for every role?
Each scenario is prepared around the work and context of each role, and is also tailored to the requesting company, its geographic scope, customers and work environment. An integration, an AI solution and a leadership role need different scenarios.
What does the company bring to the interview?
A report with evidence from your responses and explanations, and questions to explore with you. Your reasoning has a place in the conversation.
