• Professional objective creation and professional behaviour observation
• Scenario-based system for current competence demonstration
• Smart alerts that notify companies of fresh competence matches
• Direct communication tools between aspirants and companies

Post-CV Model: No traditional resumes or public job offers. Aspirants demonstrate current competence through verifiable evidence, while companies receive personalized alerts for competence that matches their specific needs.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

• Aspirant Accounts: For professionals creating objectives and demonstrating updated competence
• Company Accounts: For employers receiving competence alerts and contacting aspirants

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

5.2 Platform Content

All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by BUSCOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Credits and Payments

• Credits are used to unlock certain features and services
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credit prices and packages are subject to change
• Unused credits may expire according to our credit policy

7. Scenarios and Automatic Verification

Our scenario system is designed to observe professional behaviour in real-world situations and generate verifiable evidence of current competences. By participating:

• You agree that your responses may be automatically verified for format and coherence
• You certify that all submissions are your own original work
• You understand that evidence generated in scenarios forms part of your professional profile and may trigger company alerts
• You acknowledge that automatic verifications are indicative and do not constitute a score or personal evaluation

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform
• That companies will contact you or that you will find suitable competence
• The quality or legitimacy of professional objectives or competence assessments
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSCOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BUSCOS harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

14. Severability
