Access to the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Access and Use Conditions

3.1 General Access

Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the user's access provider.

By publishing content, users grant BUSCOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display such content for the purpose of providing Platform services.

"BUSCOS", the BUSCOS logo and any other distinctive sign on the Website are registered or pending trademarks. Their use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5.1 Service Availability

BUSCOS does not guarantee permanent Website availability or error-free content. Best efforts will be made to maintain service operation, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.

BUSCOS is not responsible for content published by users or information provided by companies about job offers. Each user is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they publish.

BUSCOS does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in employment for Aspirants or hiring for Companies. The Platform is a connection tool and final hiring decisions rest exclusively with the parties involved.

Automatic format and coherence verifications performed on scenarios are indicative only. BUSCOS does not score, evaluate or judge people. Users may request human review of verifications when appropriate.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. BUSCOS does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such external sites.

Processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).
