After the CV and before the first interview

When too many applications arrive, BUSCOS works as a self-filter for interest and judgment. You invite aspirants to solve real scenarios from the relevant Work Group; those who do not complete the path or do not apply judgment fall out of preselection without your team rejecting them manually.

Right before calling: interviews with context

The interview no longer starts from zero. Instead of asking abstract questions, the recruiter can open the conversation from a concrete answer: what the aspirant prioritized, what they discarded, what they communicated and why they decided that way.
